During my career, I have played a key role in leading and developing Third Sector organisations and companies. Those fell within the education, health and retail sectors. In recent years I’ve been influential as an adviser and consultant to SMEs in Cheshire and beyond.
My passion is building relationships based on trust and mutual understanding. From that foundation, positive results often flourish, not just in business but in life as well.
My extensive experience in a very diverse range of senior roles led me to being invited as visiting lecturer at the University of Chester. I specialised in Leadership, Management and Strategic Human Resource Development.
